Hi everyone, I do apologise for the delay in replying, it seems I did not set it up to email me for replies.
To both jeffblazeid and [b/BW[/b]
You are correct the site is brand new, I did state that in my first post and I apologise if I didnt make that clear enough.
the site has been submitted to google, along with several other search engines, as you all know it takes a little time to get listed.
We are getting a good amount of traffic, and so far averaging around 10 new users and auctions listed per day.
As for the domain name, I could understand yoru concerns regarding the 'profits' part of it, although if you look at it as a consumer getting a $100 product for only a fraction of the full price wouldnt that be considered a profit to the consumer also? as in they have extra money for something else.
There have been many bids placed on various auctions listed, so some consumers are obviously not concerned by the domain name.
As for sellers All of the risk is on us for your listings with the signup bonus, so if you list an item (or items) and they do not sell then you lose no money, the signup bonus may be used for featured listings, bold listing etc etc and also selling fees, for a standard auction there is no listing fees Which means no risk to sellers wanting to try the site out.
And BW]
I am not entirely certain what you did mean by "100% this site is new less than a month. how can a site make profit less than a month. you should know what i mean here."
We dont expect to make a profit from the site for many months yet, as funds come in most of it will be used for more promotion of the site.
We are also having a small promotion at the moment whereby if a user deposits funds into their auction account they get doule credits ie a $10 deposits nets $20 into their account.
