police auction wholesale lists
Has anyone had any experinence with or purchased one of these. I see many people on ebay selling what is reported to be an extensive list of police auction locations and wholesale distributors, as well as offering list resell rights. I have also encountered a couple of websites selling the same. Is this a scam?
