Default Caution for sellers

You always hear of buyers getting scammed off sellers, but, do sellers also have to watch out for scammers?

What are some of the things sellers have to watch out for from a buyer?

The most obvious one that comes to mind is giving out your banking details. Ive also heard buyers (scammers) overpay for products (using cheques) then ask you to send the difference and their product, only to find out later the cheque was bogus.

Are there any other ways a buyer could scam a seller? Are there precautions a seller should take to prevent such an occurrance?
