All of this propaganda could be found on their website and numerous emails Chinavasion send all over the world. Practice shows different - they do know how to cheat the buyer out of his money. I have made a test order of five wall clocks at Chinavasion and instructed to ship via UPS because I have used this shipping service in the past, like many readers of this post. Without telling me, Chinavasion substituted UPS with a local mail company called EMS which is slow, untrackable and has no representation in my city. After almost a month in transit, the goods are now in the customs and I must go to an obscure office in the city suburbs to collect the waybill. Then, I will have to go to the customs office and get the shipment from them. This has never happened with UPS or DHL, they always deliver to door.
I am outraged with this kind of attitude from Chinavasion. If they cannot ship via UPS why announce it on the website? Just to take my money for courier delivery and then send the goods in a slow train?
