I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. Personally I have ordered over 100 items from them and never once had an issue. Which indicates to me that yours was a one off issue.
I would understand if you didn't want to use them again. However, I would encourage you to give them another try (but make sure they know you were not happy with them changing your selected carrier)
