The Problem is.. its the people out there that really have no clue what they are doing and think they are getting a great deal. I can spot these phoneys from a mile away.. but not everyone has experience in the industry etc.
I've been scammed when I was niave to think someone would send me something.. luckly it was only for a few hundered dollars.. and not 1000's like soo many others have been scammed!
