Hi, but I highly sugesst that noone tries this if they want a stedy income. You get paid $0.01 per click whereas if you know some high paying keywords you may get paid up to a $100 per click on Google or Yahoo. Also doubleclick and triblefusion are also good alternatives if you prefer banner based ads.
I also recently ran across bannerconect and I think they pay you based on impressions. I haven't tried it yet and I also belive that you need a minimum of 100,000 impressions per month.

small company are they? how much is average click rate with what kind of site?
