Time for some SEO work. You can learn and do it yourself (if you have time but no extra money) or pay someone to do it for you (if you have no time but extra money). If you can I would recommend paying someone to do. There is a lot to it, even down to how your website is structured and the content that is in it. Its not an exact science, but they can get you onto the 1st or 2nd or 3rd page of search engines.
