Website feedback required www.aftrading.com
Hello,
We have been in business for over 2 years now. Our online business started 6 month ago. We do get customers on our website but they all dont complete their order! They add many items into their basket, but towards the end they just quit! Not too sure why?? Can anyone check our site out and give us some feedback??

Don't worry to much i've had the same problem 3 times this week , found out the account details of the customers were made up , also you should try emailing those customers and ask them why the never continued to purchasde the goods, ask for some feedback . that might tell you ,
what payment you taking, CC ? do you have SSL in your checkout?

iv gotta say the website doesnt look bad but i didnt find the navigation to be to good
I would suggest putting your address and phone number on your site. I would also suggest making your payment methods more visable. Other than that the site looks great!
Site looks pretty good. What I suggest is, when someone puts in their contact information, as soon as you can, call up the person and talk to them. Show them that you are interested in serving them.
I visited, but that's not a site selling any product. So, no feedback for you.
