Seller can get back Paypal to check account balance, once money is received, then product is out to buyers.
So, no risk here for sellers.
Scammers' bid in auctions
If anyone selling high price products have to be watch out these scammers' bids. they will ruin your auctions. many victims ebay account was stolen by these scammers, such as uk ebay members a lot of them were stolen, these scammer use their ebay account to bid on auctions, and sending the faked paypal receipts email to seller. so seller have to watch out about these paypal email, it is easy to identify faked email, simplely paypal will always use your real name on your title, such as Dear real name, not Dear paypal members
whenever you sell items on ebay, just block these not register in your country. but scammed bid still happen. difficult to avoid this

my points is too many faked bid in ebay, still a lot of people got scammed by paypal faked email
