This web site that he is advertising brings you to a site called salehoo.com . i haven't used the suppliers from that site personally, but everyone that i have known that has gotten suppliers through that site, has had bad luck with them and lost lots of there money.
Must admit, the majority of the better wholesalers that I have found do not have an internet presence. Sure it depends on the market but using that old piece of antiquity (the phone) has reaped some great contacts and sources.
