I'd like to take a moment and represent our side of the case here.

To start, we did not say there was a 2 week turnaround time, typical orders take 3-4 wks and in this rare instance it took much longer. At no time did we dishonestly answer any of Miss Fraley's questions nor did we try to scam her.

We repeatedly forwarded her and updated her as per our supplier and offered a refund once the items reached her.

She was hostile and unrelentless in her efforts to get a refund and her merchandise together.

The items are in our possession now and she has the option to take receipt of them or to continue with her present course of action attempting to seek remedy for the Florida Atty Gen.

Calvin you did say 2 weeks I have the email, and yes of course I did persue the matter hot and heavy would you sit back and let it go if the tables were turned. He is sending the wallets and I hope to continue relations with you, you do carry quality products.
