Terrible experience, collect enough proof which is shifting in favor of your argument. Then, you may appeal to local government such as the police, association of commerce. Maybe they will help you to get your money back.

please don't us western union and bank transfer who you never made deal with especial chinese, you can use paypal and moneybooker at begaining to test whether they are scammers.
if the price too low and use t/t bank transfer or westenr union as payment be aware , they may be scammers.
many of clients always want unresonable price because other china supplier give they unresonable price. i warning they that they ma get scammed, they think i am lie ^_^, and finally they scammed

send by western union to chinese you can't get it back, unless escrow payment like paypal moneybooler etc

i ended up finding good dealers their site is under construction but if you email them they are very good and reliable! AND IN THE UK!!!!!

And can you please name and shame the supplier so all the newbies can beware.
