    Since when did that matter to PayPal? It is so easy for someone to claim they didn't recieve the right item or it was broken. Pay Pal is a scam in itself. I felt confident and secure with PayPal until brandsforless!

    If you have proof of delivery PayPal is on your side. In 8 years of selling in the 5 digits each month I have lost one claim with PayPal.

    If you play by the rules they there is nothing wrong with them.
