Yes! Actfind does have nice products and prices but one thing they absolutely do “not” have is customer service.I do not know if customer service even exists at actfind.
I recently purchased (S360 Quadband TV Mobile Phone- Dual SIM Cards Stand-by) maybe 2 months ago.Within a week I had a crack in my tft screen.I have been trying to reach them now for over a month and a half to try and purchase a replacement screen.I have had not one return email as of yet.
My whole thing is:If this had been one of my dropship customers,I would just be out of my money giving a refund to my customer, because 1.I could not furnish an answer to my customer about repairs. And 2.it would not be feasible for me to order from them again anyway because I may end up with this problem X’s 20 customers.
Luckily I am in the practice of making very small orders to first time suppliers to investigate how their sysyem flows. This is a “must”if you are a small retailer.

Hope Actfind customer service is reading now!!!!!You have lost maybe 1,000-5,000 potentially return customers from me because of one answerless question.
Now multiply that by gosh Knows how many of your other customers you have ignored……..

It seems that they sell lots of replica items there.

No such thing as "replica". Proper word is counterfeit or fake.

One of the many definitions of replica: "The item looks substantially identical to original, but may vary as to material, quality, or manufacturer. Replicas are not the same as authentic."

As for the definition of counterfeit: "To make a copy of with the intent to deceive; a copy that is represented as the original"

If ActFind, or any other company, were to sell a phone (or any other product) and labeled it a replica Sony, then I would agree with "fake" or "counterfeit". But, the listings on their site give style types (TV phone, touchscreen, watch phone, etc.) and the actual manufacturer name. (For phones, its mostly Seloo and Anycool, which are actual Chinese manufacturers.)

So far, none of this sounds very suspicious to me.

I've enjoyed my purchases from them and plan on doing more business with them in the future. My only real complaint is the lack of a customer service department. Which would be annoying if there was a problem with an order or product.

In the world of commerce, particularly as applies to "replicas" the only legal replicas are of items such as team uniforms that are licensed, goods licensed by the original manufacturer, such as Coca-Cola replica goods, etc.

In general usage, many people / sites / distributors who sell fake, counterfeit, bogus, illegal copies, etc. of branded products choose to call them replicas in order to fool consumers who do not know the difference.

I did not say the sold replicas, someone else did. All I said was that the term "replica" as applied in normal internet sales of goods other than officially licensed products is simply a nicer word than fake or counterfeit, but it was the same thing. If nothing else, all are subject to seizure if found by the customs folks.
