First of all, no address listed anywhere. That is enough to keep me from buying, right off the bat.

From the whois info, it looks like the .us domain is just a suck you in kind of thing, since it's registered to someone in Canada.

And the site itself looks like a refugee from the mid 1990's.

Plenty there to keep me away.

I would also like to know the answer.
I have tried to contact them by email, their response time is within 24hrs. I sent around 8 emails and they did replies all of my questions and seems like quite professional. Also I have tired their phone number and it works.
I have completed my payment via paypal, but later I have received an email said that my payment has been refunded and they send me a email said that PayPal has blocked her account because they consider the transaction high risk and the solution is I will have order through their website and pay by credit card, their webiste is under wholesalecentral.com, so should it be safe or are they scammer? I am not sure whether I should confirm the order or not, did anyone has idea?

Still no address. That alone would keep me from buying from them.

And changing from PayPal is a signal, also. The sort of things a lot of Chinese scammers do. Advertise PayPal, but end up getting you to pay some other way and then they vanish.
