Exclamation I have heard their customer service is horrible

    Hey Guys,

I've heard that www.liquidation.com's customer service is horrible. That's why you are seeing competitors like www.liquidationtime.com

    Check it out.

ya the CS for liquadation is bad, I bid on a wrong item and try to retract my bid and the lady on the phone was a bi*ch, she was like just pay 200USD to retract. I was willing to just pay the seller for the auction but she was just like nope you have to pay, so I just cancelled my account and reported my card on file as missing. But I did end up making a new account and just got a lot of 180 amd athlon 2500 xp's for 1500USD, ( they sell for 30-50 if they work) But it seems only a handful seem to have been working. :( I hope i can turn a profit on them.

I purchased a lot of Comodynes Self-tanning towelettes from there for about 1200 total. I really havent had a problem with the CS, but the product I ordered was expiring that month. But thats due to the seller not to liquidation.com, however they do need to have a better system for fraud and what not. I found a seller on there selling supposed fake flash drives and I was hoping to hear what the buyer had to say about them. If they had a feedback system it would be so much better.

If buying off liquidation.com i would highly advise to stay away from items listed as "Salvage" usualy only 5-10% (iff that) of the items you recieve will actualy be working.

Hubbertj- i am curious as to how many of those cpu's actualy work? I have never purchased proccessors off them before.

I always get the two sites confused; have heard good and bad about both of them.

Hubbertj that is too bad companies are not paying enough attention to customer service.

I had placed an order with a company a week ago and wanted it to be sent to my customer there was some error in the shopping cart and the product was going to be shipped to me. I was like I made the sale at 1AM in the morning and they did not open until 10AM I called them as soon as they were opened to have them fix the label , The lady was very rude and said she was sorry but once I had hit the button all sales were final. I was like you have to be kidding me; I have been a customer for like five years and was only asking that they fix the label that incidentally probably hadn’t even been printed. I asked to speak to head of sales. I told them if they did not correct I would surely do a charge back and not do business with them again. She actually had to think about it. A few minutes later I get a call back saying they had actually had other complaints about the shopping cart being broke and would get it fixed.

I could not believe I had to even have an argument with them. I know we all like to make money but that is like theft. What kind of customer service is that?

    Kindest Regards
