Funny story just today. Someone paid to have us make a visit to a "factory" and gave us all the information and said to set up an appointment with a certain person.

Then he emailed back and canceled the visit. He said the person was happy to meet with a foreigner but when he found that another Chinese person was coming the "factory man" canceled and said he would not meet with a Chinese person.

We have also done a visit where the "factory" is a young guy with a mobile phone and a motorcycle riding around picking up one piece at a time.

So it does pay to verify.
