I have been completely scammed by this company. I was only able to pay for my items via Western Union and have no comeback on the shoddy, counterfiet goods supplied.
The company will not respond or offer any solution to the complaints made regarding the cheap and tacky goods supplied by them. The photos shown on their website totally misprepresent the goods they send. They show original designer photographs and send cheap counterfeits that can be bought elsewhere for a fraction of the price they are charging. They did not even supply me with the goods I ordered and although admitted it was their 'mistake' offered no resolution unless I placed another order. This is a way of obtaining further funds from buyers! This company cannot be trusted and claims to offer a full gaurantee which is a total untruth. They are not interested once they have their money. Do not use this supplier under any circumstances!
There are many more reputable suppliers from China such as Beltal.com, DHgate.com and Tradetang, who do accept Paypal payments, in sterling, and your goods are covered by Paypal protection. Use these websites and be assurred that your money is safe. Western Union do advise not to use their payment methods for buying goods overseas, it is obvious why. You have no comeback and the retailers can send rubbish, as I received, or not send at all.
I would seriously advise anyone contemplating buying from China not to use jjktrade, under any circumstances!
