Hi guys I am looking for a postive supply of ps3's I am looking to buy 50-75 units, currently I am in the process of contacting and talking to sony to see if i can buy right from them or maybe from one of there advertised wholesale dealers. Guys let me know what if you have a good seller.

If you do I only request secure payment methods only 30k-50k USD isn't a amount to just do a wire transfer or bank transfer.

If you have not been keeping up with the PS3 news there are going to be major shortages. Their projected amount of units to be released have been cut in half. They have even pushed back the release date to 2007 in some areas. Your only hope to get one of these will be to visit your local retail chain store on the release date. Do not be scamed by these people claiming they have hundreds of these systems at wholesale prices. We saw all these people get scamed when the Xbox 360 was released and it looks like we are going to see a repeat.

Well I have found a seller offering 497 USD a unit for a 20 gb PS3 and if I buy more then 50 units, he can go down to 477USD a unit. I don't know if I should buy or not because there retail price is 499USD but I dont plan on selling retail. I plan on selling on ebay and if it plays out like the xbox 360's I would think they would sell for at less 800 USD. What do you guys think should I take this risk and buy them at 477 unit ?

Actually yes I think you should go for it. Just make sure the seller is legit. In fact, I think the PS3's are going to top out at $1,500 on eBay when the supply is extremely dry this holiday season. Remember the PS2? $299 retail, sold on eBay for $1,200 for over a month. Heck I'm even considering buying a few at retail from like Ebgames just to sell on eBay.
