some ips are restricted or some banned members use same ip with yours before, so you see this meesage, try use other connections to avoid this,

Hello guys I'm having problems with the forum, sometimes when I come here I get a message saying that the admin has banned my ip address, this is mainly when i use my aol browser it done it to me again there now but now since i'm using my internet explorer browser its letting me on, what could the problem be, I have never used this forum before, I have only found it last week??? i'm really puzzeled
