just to update my post the phone was real :) and ive also managed to get iphones to off the same seller...

i finally did it
found what i hope to be a hounest seller :)
my first order to him was small as i like to build trust with people i deal with
what i managed to get was a nokia n96,a few ipods,some microsoft software windows xp pro,and a nintendo wii:)
i have been told there is so much fake phones on the market just now so i am going down to my local mobile phone shop for them to confirm if its fake or not going by my other items i bought i dont think it is.....
ill let yous know what happens,i was a bit dodgy about paying by bank transfer as i do like paypal but the seller said he has been ripped off before and paypal didnt help him so i did understand that side of it but i did get my goods off him so im happy so far will be over the moon if the phone is 100% real

I have only had bad things happen when I buy from China, I think I will stick to US.
Unless some one can garentee ( sorry cant spell ) A supplier?
