Start a Business
I was interested in starting a business in my home. Sort of interested in
selling purses on ebay or parties in people homes. I have no idea where to get catalogs or even if I need a license. Just need a little advice.

it is good to start a samll selling on ebay,
the only difficult part is finding a wholesaler for getting the stock or you can dropship which mean you sell it in your site, and your dropshipper will send the item to your customers so that no risk taking. but usually this is not making any profit. not recommend.
you do not need any licenese to sell on ebay.
