Hello everyone
I created a new business out of a desire to help others while making a profit. I am creating some small manufacturers that are veterans,
ex cons, and youth groups. I also created a means of selling the products by licencing Master Distributors in a number of cities.
The Master Distributors subcontracts work out to independent drivers and product consultants, which I don't have any direct contractual relationship.
So, I am the middleman/wholesaler between these two groups that I've created.
My question is what type of math or percentage structure should I use to keep everyone "sorta" happy?
I want to push as much profit to the manufacturers as is reasonably possible. Is there anyone else out there that is crazy enough to do this type of business model that I could use as a guide?
