just like aliexpress, you can find the supplier score, if the get higher , it must be good supplier.

you could verify a site is scam or not by using Google: type in the name of the company, and then type "fraud" or "scam", if there is any result related, be aware.
And after that you could find if this store is accepting Paypal or not, if just WU or MG, go away directly, it's 99% scam.

It is not necessory that a seller who doesn't accept Paypal is a fraud.
To tell the truth,I don't like Paypal.
Why?
Please read the following:
1)Paypal will take about 5% from the amount that a buyer sends;
2)Paypal will charge US$35 for the wire transfer fees when Chinese users draws money from Paypal to their Chinese bank account;
3)Chinese banks will also charge US$12 for the wire transfer;
4)Paypal may freeze our accounts even if there is no complaints from buyers;
......
(P.S. : Every advantage has its disadvantage.)

there are many good suppliers on aliexpress . you could visit if you feel free.
