Technically a Broker is a person who gets an order from a customer and sources that product from wherever for that particular deal.
A Wholesaler is somebody who carries physical inventory of a range of products that they have purchased. They then re-sell these products to others.
The largest difference between the two is that a Broker NEVER puts up their own money. A Wholesaler does (whether it is their own money or money from a venture soursce etc).
I can't answer as to whether you are technically a broker or a wholesaler, or a principal since you don't give enough detail, but that is the basic difference.
