China is a worldwide manufactory,you can find the factories with good quality and very cheap price there, but the most improtant thing is you have to find the customers who really need these products.that is the point.

import from China is a good idea, you could start with small quantity, you don't need any lisence for that, but if you take alot like a container, you need to register a company, or find some shipping agent to help you to make the custom clearance
