Newbie: Importing from China
Hi,
I am in Kansas City, MO. A friend of mine just moved to China. He wants to start import/export business. He will send products to me here in Kansas City that I would then resell to other customer/businesses.
Is this profitable business? I have never done this before -- just trying to find out if it's even profitable business.
What are the legal procedures I will have to go through in order to
import legally from China (licenses, levies, etc.).
What kind of things should I import from China? If anyone has experienced with specific items (not general idea) that would help.
Where would I find customers (I can get warehouse) -- preferably other dealers/businesses that I can resell the products?

hey ,guy I also have a friend in Kansas city overland. so I know somthing about that place, I worked in a imp&exp ltd in china. if you get some questions about imp&exp ,tell me about that.maybe I can do you a favour .

China is the workshop of the world, and the products they manufacture are very cheep. That's why I like buying things from China. In addition, I find a wetsite don't advertise your own site like that .

tarderstand,
these mp4 manufacture mainly in shenzhen,china. many has feature like iPod Nano and most are unbrand but price is low only 30--50USD,even more cheeper.

yes,We China make a lot of products and qiuet very cheap.you can selest what you need.we have many vibtarion palte too
