I am new in this business. Even didn't started yet:) -doing my preliminary research. But my personal experience as a buyer is terrible in regards to UPS. I bought few items online and they were sent via UPS. 3 times I had to go to their storage facility because their delivery time is always wrong. They would tell after 5PM and come at3 PM. Once my item spent 3 days in delivery track and never was attempted to deliver. And their customer service is just useless. They never tell more then you can see online. Once I asked to make finale delivery not the next the but the day after and my request was ignored. So I had to go to their storage facility. I never had such problem with FedEx or USPS. Yes, USPS has only one delivery attempt but at least I don't have to go to another end of the town (I live in NY) to pick up my staff.
