I currently have a fedex account by the ground shipping discount is about 5-7%. I have not tried setting up with UPS yet since I know that their published rates are higher than Fedex for shipments of 5lbs or less. I am also looking to import a few medium sized items from China every now and then. Any advice on that? TNT, DHL, USPS? Oh, also, by brother will be shipping a lot of small packages to Vietnam on a regular basis. He wants to do overnight or 2 day express. What is the best route for that without getting killed for $70-$80 each time?

If all the items are going to be sent by air, you can always choose an agent of Fedex, DHL,UPS. You can always get 30-40%discounts.

I'm working as freelancer and usually collect and combine products for my foreign customers and saved a lot for them.
