I am selling Computer products and supplies, here in New York.
I am buying everything from national distributors, but the profit margins are paper thin, and most of the times i will find lower prices from online retailers,
what is their secret?
is it only because they buy in bulk?
I am losing customers lately just because they are finding better prices online.
is there anything i can do?
Is there something they know that i dont?
Are they all buying from china?
Is it possible to buy there original OEM products?

I don't know the details of what he buys/sells but I know he works all the hours of the day!
