where is the idea that paypal is safe?

I've learned this from a supplier.

What if he is the fake supplier, and he so called accepts paypal, and you think he is legit, so you pay money to him, thinking you can get refunded when you get scammed. But he as the fake supplier straight away withdraws money and closes account without shipping. When you find out that you got scammed, you report to Paypal but they will say no refund for you because there is no money left in the supplier's account to give to you!

Good luck to you who does paypal... Wrong sense of assurance.

Hello i will advice to every one that they use Western union method for payment.Western Union is a great way to collect your money.

paypal will be your best choice friends,always!
