Moneybookers is a well based payment method. They have an 1,80E joining fee and 1% up to 5% commision for withdrawing . Test it . moneybookers.com

moneybookers is not good for credit card transactions because they only allow small limits and this is not good if you are wholesaler dealing in bulk items...most the people i deal with will not wire money into moneybookers..

Why do alot of internet seller, want bank transfer or western union. IMO any time a seller asks me to pay like this a flag comes up and I automatically start to think scammer. Should I stop thinking that way?

moneybookers.com sounds good, but "sadealz" put it right that the limits kill wholesalers.
Paypal is only a short-term solution as they are ultimately out to protect the consumer- see paypalsucks.com
I am trying merchant services or Google Checkout.... not a lot of ppl (consumers) know about google checkout yet tho..
