Actually, you have the bank's address and information. You only have the account number of the seller.
And that information may or may not do you any good, depending on local laws.
Think about Swiss bank accounts.....They tell nobody anything.

I think the paypal is very safe.For the WU,maybe we have the large courage to use it for first time. lol !
In general speaking, we suggest my buyer to use the paypal at first, if we build the long time business relationship,you believe me and use the WU.It is a good idea.but i am a valued trustful girl and make the long time business with my customers. but there are many scammers in every country.maybe sometime you are not lucky and happen to the scammers. So you need to find the really suppliers.
therefore why the chinese do not like the paypal,becuase it is very strict in china ,many many limits,there is no office in china and it is in singapore,not convenient for chinese.

We support Paypal, and major escrow payment.
Though in the seller's postion, I agree that customer should use PP or other secured payment method unless you are so sure of your supplier. Sellers will be especially careful for quality check as well when using PP etc. since sellers are at risks as well. MyChinaPal.com-Your souring partner
i think business partners should trust each other. First you need to get a clear background of your business partner, then you can decide if your partner is trusable.
All depend on the judgment on your business partner, you can judge from your comunicating mails if your partner is a trusable one.
If you trust them ,i think you can use WU.But in my opinion,the paypal is good.
