In my opinion, paypal is not so safe as WU, paypal protects more profits of the payer, and ignore the profits of the seller. once the payer forward a dispute that the payment is unauthorized, paypal will frozen the payment instantly. Many people will cheat on paypal payment. I think it is not safe.
I have taken many hundreds of thousands of US Dollars with PayPal and have never been cheated. And I have never cheated anyone.
It is the cheater sellers who want WU, because the cheated buyer cannot get his money back.
Honest seller has nothing to fear with PayPal.
it depends on how your relation,after all,no payment can avoid risk for seller and buyer.One of my customers always TT 30% and then 70% before we send goods,surely we have made business 5 years.we alway coperate in an honest way.
Another word,not all buyer or seller are honest,both need to avoid risk,but it is really hard to find a perfect solution for payment.

If you can trust this person ,you can use Western Union, if you can't trust,don't send money through Western Union.

I nearly being scammed but with the help of certain website, I noticed that that company is a red flag.
I would like to advice the world that you NEVER, NEVER , NEVER,....... make payment through e.g WESTERN UNION , MoneyGram or other that similar to that. This is because these types of payment are untraceable. Only generous people will pay through Western Union to somebody you don't know.This is same that you put your money into the toilet bowl and flush it, and hoping that by tomorrow morning you will get a gold bar out of the toilet bowl.
We need to deal with them to pay using for e.g ESCROW protection or at least paypal. I'm not saying this method is totally saved, but it could reduce the risk to be scammed. By this way at least we have the place to channel out our problems if we suspect to be scammed, and probably we get back our money.
Some companies in their advertisement acecept paypal, but after you willing to order item from them, suddenly they request payment only through western union. So becareful and stay away from them, doesn't matter how cheap they offer goods for you. I am not saying they are scammer, but everybody must play save. Remember, when you pay through WU, never dream you get the money back if you are being frauded by traders.
We have to set a rule when dealing with overseas traders. Payment should go through the neutal third party. For the time being may be paypal or escrow. The money is ours and products are theirs. It should be win win situation here. We should decide the rule because we pay them in advance without looking at the products at all. We cannot depend on their mercy to sent item to us after payment has been made. There must be somebody to take care of it to ensure that they sent the item safely to the buyers before they get the money.
I urge the world not to buy item from overseas traders through unsecure payment scheme. If they don't agree, just stay away from them. Give them a lesson. Let them operates the company that to be benefiit for both buyers and sellers. Don't be cuaght in the excitement of virtual offer. We all together should unite. Hopefully one day this could elliminate or at least reduce the number of those scammers.
I have read so much about scammers world wide, so with the tips above you can decide youself from whom you are going to buy.

Hello i always use Western Union for international payment and i always get my goods.I also advice to every one to use Western Union Payment method.
never use WU or Money Gram before you know the guy is not scam. Use Paypal if you don't know this guy or deal with him the first time
Never use W/U if you deal with someone in the first time!paypal will be your best choice!But I dont mean to all people.
