many seller has big problem with paypal charge back, that is true, paypal is more like to protect buyer, not much seller, some buyers are dishonest, after you recived products from buyer then file a claim to seller to charge back or charge back with creidt card company, seller has to proof the shipment tracking number, then this dispute process take a months, lucky seller get back the money, the bad news if you ship internationally, you may not have tracking number, so if ship internationally , seller has to use usps or dhl that cheaper shipping company,,,

I was scammed before using paypal to make payment for the purchase of PSPs from this verified paypal seller. All along I thought paypal is secured as they have seller and buyer protection for verified user. However, it did not work out. Paypal freezed his a/c and I still couldnt get back my money as he has 0 balance in his paypal a/c. Paypal didnt do anything to help me out.
My suggestion is that try using escrow.com or fly and buy if you want to purchase bulk order for the 1st time with unknown seller.
