I just heard of a friend of mine that used paypal and get fulled. Paypal if not used with ebay, they are not going to warranty your money back. In other words he lost his money.
I personally also have had 3 bad experiences with them at ebay, is not really easy to get the money back from them if somebody tries to screw you, even if its not your fault(Item not received at all, item not as descrived, etc). Every time you have to start a claim and most of the time paypal's resolution center is in favor of the other party.I had to use my creditcard's bank to jump over them to pay. At least I haven't loss any money but they are not as reliable as many people think. Just my opinion.

I personally could think of Western Union maybe to send money(gift) to my mom in Costa Rica, but for somebody I don't know/trust "NO WAY, JOSE".
Let's put it this way, send me the money to "Juan Rodriguez, owner of microsoft Inc.,555 trade ave, tel 5555555" If my name is Juan Rodriguez, I can get the money, no questions asked. Who are you going to ask about the money I got from Western Union? What is your warranty I'm going to send you anything from "My Store"?
