This often depends on who you are and what type of business you are doing.

If you are a scammer, you want to use T/T and WU, so the people you scam cannot get their refund.

If you are selling on ebay, you need to offer PayPal.

If you are selling from your own website in 1 piece orders or small quantities you need to offer PayPal.

If you are a factory selling with high MOQ to experienced wholesale buyers, they are familiar with T/T.

WU is almost always for scammers.

It is not necessory that people who want to use T/T and WU are scammers.
It can't be denied that Paypal is fast.
But it brings you problem frequently.
My account gets restricted when they find paypal logo on my site.
At the same time,Paypal takes about 5% from the money that your customers send you.
Also,Chinese users need to pay US$35 for the wire transfer when drawing money from paypal acounts to bank accounts.
(Banks will take US$12 as well.)
