Thread: PS3 supply for Europe has been postponed

interesting, thanks for the info. But those this mean that people cannot send the PS3 over to Europe?

Just because of the delay many people from Europe will try to buy the PS3 from the USA, is this true? And is there any law with Sony which prohibits this?

Hello,

No, It will still be legal if suppliers or distrubutors supplied to Europe. There is only one thing they can't do, which is to sell the units to end-user's. No one in Europe must play the game system until the offical release date, otherwise the person that supplied the unit to you will get a law suit.
What I recommened, get your lawyer on this time of export, and just chuck a MoQ of 50-100 units.

Yes, thats what I wanted to say, but my english is poor a little bit. :) So its hard to put mind in english.

if anyone has a really supplier of ps3 let me know I am looking to buy 50-75 units, I would perfer a secure payment method.

you wont find secure payment with such MOQ. people have to do pre orders for 5 000 - 10 000.

Well, I have already contacted sony, which in turn has pointed me to a good reseller of the pS3's :)

Why would anyone have a problem with a secure payment method, even If I am willing to pay for it?

because your seller does not have money to preorder the stock, they need your cash first before they can buy and sell to you. i think that is the reason

And it takes too much time use escrow with such a small profit. Time = money, much time + small profit = no one works in that way.
