Personal communicator: The possibilities are endless with the Sony mylo™ (My Life Online) Personal Communicator. Surf the web, listen to music, watch videos and make internet phone calls.

What’s Up screen: The What’s Up screen displays your friends, who’s available for IM or voice calling and what music you’re currently playing.

Instant messaging: The mylo provides instant messaging services via Yahoo!, Google and Skype.

E-mail: The personal communicator enables you to email via Yahoo! Mail®, GMail™ and more. Forget about typing your message on inconvenient number keypads. The slide-out QWERTY keyboard simplifies typing.

Web browsing: Unlike many browsers, the mylo allows you to browse HTML websites easily at full resolution. Scroll horizontally and vertically throughout the page or zoom out to fit the web page to the size of the screen.

Internet voice calls: Make free Internet phone calls to and from any Skype-enabled device anywhere in the world. You can also SkypeOut to any phone number for a nominal fee.

Music: Listen to your music while you surf the Web or IM. This communicator plays back MP3, ATRAC or WMA audio formats. You can also share your play lists and stream songs directly between two mylo units with Sony’s Ad Hoc communication mode.

Video: Enjoy your MPEG-4 personal videos on the color screen. The communicator allows you to transfer files to the Memory Stick Duo™ media card or by Sony’s Image Converter 2 software (both are optional).

Pictures: Download and view JPEG images from the Web or your digital camera. Transfer images by the supplied mylo Image Transfer software or the optional Memory Stick Duo media card.

WiFi locator: Simply enter your location and the mylo directs you to the nearest of over 20,000 free and pay public hotspots in the U.S.
