    How you guys doing, sorry if my question is not up to standard. Just trying to add to my own ideas. Its a simple and easy question. I am trying to test my marketplace in the Phoenix, Az metro area. What is a great way to figure out what seems to be in demand in your local areas? Is there like a internet site or any other type of tool that give you stats?

    try craigslist, kijiji.com, google groups, classifieds in your local papers.. etc.

    That should give you a good idea.
