Hi,

To all of those who wish to purchase Ipods, be very careful. It is true that the Ipods are being produced in China. My two cents, well there are factories that are legitimate ones to produce the Ipods but then according to one company that I have encountered, they purchase the products before apple gets them but they are the same factory that apple gets their products from. Suspicious isnt it?

The thing is, the products some companies sell are the real thing BUT they havent been approved with Apple. Because of this, the warranties are NOT with apple but with the company that you purchase them from. I wouldnt consider them to be high copies because they have serial numbers and they are exactly the same as the Ipods themselves...nothing funny like the extra push button in the middle of the click wheel or anything like that.

Although they are at really cheap prices, the thing is, as I've said, the products do not carry warranties with Apple. Do be mindful when purchasing them. That's just what I've learnt through my own experience. If I am mistakened, please do correct me. This is just what I know and what I wish to share. I have purchased 1 unit out of curiousity and yes, it is the same as what you'll buy in retail apple stores, difference is just the warranty. I hope this information serves useful to anyone who is now dealing with companies who sell these types of products.

Hi Russell,

I get my products from a legitimate source approved by Apple themselves. They are great people to work with and can supply in large quantities and serve bulk orders. :)

yes, true, some people selling no warrentee ipod out there in the market, just beware, if you have contract with Apple, you should be able to get some stock , maybe many of you sign up here for a large order and then share big order there. but please let me know first , start a new thread in this forum. Don't post in this thread.
