you need to know a basic rule,a sales from a company usually has a email address such as ...@companyname.com,such email usually is safe.

i don't agree with you guys above. We are a factory manufacture transformers in China. But we are using email provide by Gmail, while not .......@compaany.com

But we are truly indeed factory, neither scammers nor cheaters.

Anchor, you may not agree and you can certainly use gmail, BUT what others are saying is that the impression you make on potential buyers is better if you have your company name in your address.

So, you can keep using gmail but many people will avoid you because you do not use your company name. It is you and your company who lose, not the rest of us, we do not care.

Thanks Pete for your advice. I agree that use an email like .......@company.com will get better access to customers. But it seems that most Chinese suppliers are not using email like that. It's serious. I am aware of why i am not always answered by others now.

I agree with you all, in fact,I'm from China and I konw most chinese company or say factories don't had a website or mail tec.Another case is those solo purchasing agents? company name mail makes you feel safe that's absolutely true!

yes, i aggre with email check with domaim name

God , need a website to be a company, cant be a yahoo email address....
