I am desparately searching the net for a good legit wholesale source that sells stuff for actual wholesale prices. I want a source that sells video games, electronics and computer stuff (i would prefer no minimum orders required). I know those are popular right now. I would like to start a business on ebay but I need good sources. Help plz!!!!!

that is a good start, from what i know, is not easy to find a good wholsaler with low price to compete other powerseller on ebay, becuase they buy huge quantity, therefore they can get lower price, if you have the enough cash, you can contact factory direct to gain lower price possible,

hey video_game_master.Your going to have to buy in large quantities to compete with powersellers on ebay.Bw is right! Try a search on alibaba.com
to find factory addresses.Build up your capital then place a lage order on a few popular games(must do some research)That should get you competeing with ebay sellers...

yes, right, but i do not recommend you buy from aliabab.com , there is too many scammer in alibaba, they are most from china factory, also with other country, but not of them are good with video game industry, also if you are in usa, you have to find usa supplier of video format, so i suggest you find some locall or US supplier, or you can stay with us in this site, will getting popular very soon, will attract many wholesaler coming to visit our site, at that time , you will easy to find a wholesaler here,

I would recommend being more specific about what you want. Starting a business even on ebay isn't just a thing you should think about. It is something you should know if it is worth it or not. Before you make the decision you have to find a wholesaler. Then you need to make sure they are legit. After this you need to ask yourself is the deals you are getting going to be worth it. Making tiny profits isn't a way to go. I would suggest going into something you like, instead of what you think will sell.

The reason I say this is because usually things you like, whether it's a hobby or whatever is a lot of times sucessful for a business.

I'm not going to lie to you. Video games especially are hard to make much profit off of. Too much competition, especially if you do so on ebay. It's hard to find legit deals for video game systems especially. Do not trust anyone that says they can get you hundreds or even thousands of video game systems (Xbox 360, PS3 especially).

Reason is you got to think to yourself. How do these suppliers get hundreds or even thousands of new systems when only Walmart, Target, Bestbuy at each store had a maximum (of what I have seen) of 100 in stock. They are sold out, and the only people that get the most are major companies like so. Only ones who kept some were Bestbuy which they sold approx. 20 systems on Dec 17-21st depending on your town. It's too good to be true, no other individual wholesaler will have hundreds or thousands of new systems especially when demand is so high leaving a shortage.

I would recommend more of the 'electronic stuff' or 'computer stuff' that you said. Depending on what they are. Computer parts will give you good business, since they always update, and so do electronics (depending on what it is). You should more into this idea.

I am not telling you what path to go, but more of something to think about. Goodluck to you on your decision.

Its not getting the product that is the toughest part I think the toughest part is a reliable supplier. I can get good deals on Ipods and Xbox's here and there but I cant provide 100 a week for the next year is the problem. My opinion as too the problem, it's continued success.

Actually in some cases the problem is getting products. Great demand equals shortage. That's why big companies are having trouble getting a hold of them. Not always the case for all products, but it truely is a case. I myself don't find it hard to find suppliers. If you only look for suppliers on forums that claim they sell this or that, you aren't going anywhere. You need to expand and so fourth. Instead of going through the companies (sometimes not always best if you don't have a warehouse, or are looking for dropshipping) you can go through smaller owned shops or stores. A lot of them will sell wholesale to you if you put yourself out there and show them you can sell a lot for them and benefit them in anyway. Just something to think about...

Not trying to put you on the spot, but how long have you had this supplier? How do you know they are legit, or know they aren't going to make things worse once orders go through? In other words, Have you done business with them before? Do you have anyone that can guarentee you are legit? I'm not saying you are not in anyway but I like for people to be safe! A website would help you, btw. Also, which nanos are these? 2gb or 4gb or what size? Things like that would be nice to know.

Also, if you can prove all of the above we can talk about you having a subforum (read sponsor forum for more info) to help with your products and to give more information to the community/updates to customers.
