NOTE: for payment with Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, NO shipment will be sent UNTIL the funds have been deposited AND released to our company's account by the bank. Rampant fraud has forced us into more conservative business practices to protect ourselves.

To purchase from us, please send us a purchase order request (can be informal) with your company or your name, address, and telephone number with the item(s) you wish to purchase and the amount. If buyer is from Missouri, please provide us a copy of your Missouri Tax Id or we are required by law to charge a sales tax to all items shipped within the state of Missouri.

After we receive your purchase order, we will send you an invoice. Once we receive your signed invoice (via fax or PDF email attachment) and payment, we will begin to process your order. If you do not wish to transmit your credit card information to us via email or attached form, we can process your order over the telephone.


DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times in the United States depends on the payment method. For credit card purchases, the item will be shipped the following business day. For escrow using escrow.com, items will be shipped the next business day after escrow.com notifies us that the funds have been received. For Letters of Credit, items will be shipped the next business day after the advising back notifies us the funds have been received. Shipment should be received in 5-7 business days. The purchase price includes the shipping costs.

Buyer is responsible for escrow and letters of credit fees.

Oversees shipments will take longer and the buyer is responsible for all charges above the purchase price from us. We will need to add foreign shipping costs in addition.
