My family owns several acres of land with 4 warehouses, one with 2 loading docks, and an office. The property was used for many years as a copper cable processing facility in the scrap metal industry. Recently the business was closed die to my father-in-laws health and the property sits un-used. I would like to explore starting a new business at the location. The property could be used for fulfillment or distribution, warehouse space, storage. I am interested in partnering with someone who needs space or another location for their business. The property is in York, PA. 45 minutes from Baltimore, 90 minutes from Philadelphia, 30 minutes from Harrisburg with quick access to major expressways. I am open to ideas or offers.
