The Best Way To Reach Buyers

I am wondering where all of you look to do your research. (As wholesalers/distributors, where do you find the best places to advertise, and as buyers, where do you go to find the best pricing and do your research?)

We have been in business now for over 7 years and with the recent boom in competition, it seems unless you are spending a fortune on Pay-Per-Click, there is no place to get quality leads affordably.

I feel we are priced well below our competitiors, but still not getting the type of volume we are accustomed to. So is it possible to get good traffic without being listed in the top 10 of Google or Yahoo!?
